Die positive Wirkung von Beta-Alanin, der Vorstufe von Carnosin, auf den Muskelstoffwechsel und die Laktatproduktion ist mit der positiven Wirkung von Lysin verbunden. Lysin ist eine Aminosäure, die für die korrekte Entwicklung der Muskeln erforderlich ist.

Darüber hinaus enthält X-Treme Muscle Melonenextrakt (Melofeed® Lallemand), Vitamin E und organisches Selen (Alkosel ® Lallemand) mit antioxidativer Wirkung, die für die Unversehrtheit und Widerstandsfähigkeit der Muskeln bei sportlicher Anstrengung nützlich ist.
